Wag Time’s facility in Arlington, Tx. is primarily an enrichment-based daycare facility so it makes sense to board our regular daycare customers when we can. However, we cannot board dogs who cannot/do not play in group sessions, unaltered adult dogs, or those who need to be monitored throughout the night.
Seeing a need for reliable pet-sitting services in the DFW area drove us to launch Wag Time-Pet Services in 2018 as complementary services to those offered in our facility. Through this division of our company, we provide dog walks, home visits, check ins, overnight pet-sitting, house-sitting and customized services as needed. Pet-sitting services are available for all types of pets and are designed to work in conjunction with our facility, if needed. For instance, your pet-sitter can bring your pet(s) to our facility for daycare during the day and keep them overnight for you or deliver them home to you if you are out late.

If your dog normally plays in one of our daycare groups, you are welcome to board in our facility when we have room. However, because space is limited, we highly recommend you have a Pet-Sitter lined up who can take your BFFs if/when we cannot or in case of an emergency when we are not open.
Pet-sitting might be a better option for you for many reasons, such as:
- Your dog is not currently enrolled in one of our daycare programs
- You have animals other than just dogs who need to be checked on
- Your hours do not work with our facility hours
- Your location does not work with our facility location
- Your animals are not altered
- Your animals are extremely young or are seniors
- Your animals have special needs
Boarding Enrollment Process
Because boarded dogs are required to participate in daycare, we must schedule an assessment prior to boarding if your dog does not actively participate in one of our daycare programs.
Please contact us to discuss your BFF’s daycare needs. We will explain everything in detail, answer your questions, and help determine whether Wag Time will be a good fit for you. Once you decide to enroll, we will help you through the process and make an appointment to get you started. Please bear in mind that we do need to schedule your dog's first day of play.
You should allow a little extra time on your first visit, so that we have time to answer all your questions and asses your pet's personality. After your first day, we will help you decide if ongoing doggy daycare will be beneficial to your pup and make sure we can provide the services you need.
Our Customer Portal
Whatever the service you choose, the enrollment is done via our online portal linked to our software (Gingr). Once you have set up your account, uploaded vaccination records and signed our service agreement, you can login to your account at any time to check reports, update records, requests visits, etc.

Tours & Evaluations
Because we are an enrichment-based daycare, we spend all day with the dogs making sure they are happy, safe and well-adjusted. For this reason, we ask that you schedule tours and evaluation days in advance so that we may have an additional staff member present to work with you and your pet(s). We don't want you to feel rushed if you have questions, nor do we want to leave our group players unattended.
