Wag Time Pets is a family owned and operated small business that has been located in the same great location since 2004. After more than 20 years in business, we've been reflecting upon how the doggy daycare industry has evolved over the years. Though we have been through many changes, one thing has always been at the core of our operations: WE CARE. As a small business owner, who created this wonderful company, I truly care about things such as:

The animals entrusted to us
The employees who put their hearts into their jobs
The customers who know we will always do what's right
The community that supports us
The business partners who help us succeed
The friends and family members who cheer us on

I care about this business because it's so much more than that to me. It's my livelihood, my creation and it makes me get up with a smile on my face every day of my life!

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is that the dogs come first when spending time with us. We believe that daycare needs to be more than just dogs running around unattended and unchallenged all day long, and we recognize that dogs thrive on structure and routine. Since they deserve humans who engage with them and promote the use of their natural instincts, we have created an environment designed to enhance your dog's physical, social AND mental needs by spending time WITH our groups, getting to know them and then introducing activities that are exciting for them throughout each day.

High Employee Retention

Because of our caring leadership style, employee turnover remains low. This is great news because customers (human and canine alike) have time to build relationships with us and it enables dogs to better relax and do “doggy” stuff while they’re here, because they don’t have to be stressed about meeting new people all the time.

Extensive Staff Training

We are proud to invest in our Staff members! In addition to providing professional training on dog behavior and communication, we also hold Pet First Aid and CPR courses at our facility, ensuring our team is prepared to act appropriately in any given situation. We also occasionally just show each other things as part of our great team dynamic!
