FACILITY Boarding Rates

Because we are a small facility and have limited boarding space, we do require a deposit equal to one night's stay for your pet(s) for all boarding reservations. When we reach our total occupancy capacity, we have to refuse reservation requests and turn business away. If you do not cancel your reservations in a timely manner, we may be unable to re-book the space we have held for you. Because of that, deposits are refunded/credited as follows: 

Major Travel Holidays Spring Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years

• 100% refunded if cancelled within 7 days of reservation
• 50% refunded if cancelled within 4-7 days of reservation
• Not refunded if cancelled less than 3 days prior to reservation or customer is a NO-SHOW

Non-Holidays 

• 100% refunded if cancelled within 4 days of reservation
• 50% refunded if cancelled within 1-3 days of reservation
• Not refunded if cancelled same day as reservation or customer is a NO-SHOW

* DEPOSITS MAY BE WAIVED FOR ANY CUSTOMER WHO HAS AN ACTIVE  DAYCARE PASS
